Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Owners’ Association (OA) Accounting: Manage specialized financial accounting for community associations, ensuring clear separation of administrative and reserve funds.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process invoices, receipts, and utility payments in strict accordance with community policies.
- Billing & Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, focusing on service charge billing and community operational costs.
- Collections Management: Monitor outstanding payments, track delinquent accounts, and implement effective collection strategies for owners and tenants.
- Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits while ensuring all financial activities comply with RSA (Real Estate Strategy and Administration) guidelines.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Handle resident inquiries and coordinate professionally with owners, suppliers, and management teams to resolve financial queries.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Sage, or specialized Property Management Systems) and advanced MS Excel.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai’s Jointly Owned Property (JOP) laws and RERA financial reporting standards is a significant advantage.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for official correspondence and resident interaction.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks independently.
