Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee all human resources functions, ensuring that people strategies directly support the airport’s long-term operational and growth objectives.
- Workforce Planning: Lead complex talent acquisition and workforce scaling activities to meet the specialized needs of airport and ground operations.
- Performance Management: Drive advanced performance appraisal systems and organizational development initiatives to maintain a high-performance workforce.
- Policy Architecture: Develop and implement robust HR frameworks, policies, and best practices that ensure both operational flexibility and regulatory compliance.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure 100% adherence to UAE Labour Laws and international aviation HR standards.
- Employee Engagement: Promote innovative HR strategies aimed at enhancing employee productivity, morale, and long-term retention.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s or CIPD/SHRM certification is strongly preferred.
- Expertise: Extensive experience in leading a full-spectrum HR department, ideally within a technical or transport-heavy industry like aviation.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership to deliver people-focused solutions for complex business problems.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law, performance management methodologies, and modern HRIS platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to lead culturally diverse teams.
