🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Lead the complete sales lifecycle, from strategic market planning and client prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Technical Consulting: Act as a subject matter expert for ELV systems, including BMS, CCTV, Access Control, ICT, and Structured Cabling.
  • Target Management: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales KPIs through proactive business development.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain high-level professional relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors across Abu Dhabi.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on emerging ELV technologies and competitor activities to refine the company’s value proposition.
  • Communication: Manage professional business correspondence and technical proposals with high-level accuracy and strong typing skills.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience within the UAE ELV and security systems market.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for extensive field visits and client engagement in Abu Dhabi.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Low Current systems, including Audio-Visual, Networking, and Building Management Systems.
  • Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is essential for professional stakeholder coordination.
  • Soft Skills: Performance-focused, independent worker, and highly capable of managing complex, target-driven sales cycles.
