Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Instructional Leadership: Deliver engaging Chemistry lessons to students across Grades V to X, fostering a deep interest in the subject.
- Experiential Learning: Implement hands-on, practical, and inquiry-based learning methods to bridge the gap between theory and application.
- Curriculum Delivery: Ensure all lessons align with school standards and national education guidelines for the secondary level.
- Student Engagement: Create a student-centered environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and active participation.
- Assessment: Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular testing, practical observations, and interactive feedback.
- Laboratory Management: Oversee the safe and effective use of the chemistry lab for student experiments and demonstrations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Professional Credential: Mandatory B.Ed. equivalency approved for use in the UAE.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the secondary level.
- Regional Knowledge: Prior experience teaching within the UAE school system is considered a strong advantage.
- Skills: Ability to simplify complex chemical concepts and maintain high levels of student motivation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills to interact with students, parents, and academic management.
