Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Service Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the elegant Lobby Lounge, ensuring the highest standards of artisanal tea service and gourmet dining.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performance service team, focusing on “modern sophistication” and world-class hospitality standards.
- Guest Experience: Play a hands-on role in the guest journey, managing feedback and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s global prestige.
- Operational Oversight: Support the Restaurant Manager in managing inventory for premium pastries, handcrafted gelato, and boutique deli selections.
- Service Standards: Implement and maintain rigorous SOPs tailored to ultra-luxury Asian-rooted hospitality traditions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven background in luxury hospitality or fine-dining management; experience in lobby lounges or tea rooms is an advantage.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Service Mindset: A passion for artisanal food and beverage, with specialized knowledge in tea service or gourmet pastry sales.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse, high-profile international clientele.
