🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Nutritional Assessment: Conduct comprehensive nutritional screenings and assessments to identify patient risks and requirements.
• Dietary Planning: Develop and implement customized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) plans for patients with diverse clinical conditions (e.g., diabetes, renal, cardiovascular).
• Clinical Coordination: Collaborate with the medical team to integrate nutritional care into the overall patient treatment plan.
• Patient Education: Provide bilingual counseling (Arabic and English) to patients and their families regarding therapeutic diets and lifestyle changes.
• Documentation: Maintain precise and confidential medical records of nutritional interventions in accordance with DOH standards.
• Menu Supervision: Monitor the hospital’s food service operations to ensure compliance with prescribed therapeutic diets and food safety standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Licensure: Must hold a valid and active DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) Clinical Dietitian License (Mandatory).
• Language: Full fluency in both Arabic and English is required for effective patient counseling.
• Experience: Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of clinical nutrition, enteral/parenteral nutrition, and therapeutic dietetics.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field recognized by UAE health authorities.
