Job Description:

Qasr Al Sarab is expanding its Food & Beverage division. We are seeking guest-focused professionals for the roles of Seasonal Hostess, Room Service Waiter, and Waiter to maintain high service standards within our luxury Hotel operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service in accordance with luxury resort standards.
• Manage table reservations and welcome guests professionally (Hostess).
• Handle food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently for room service or restaurant dining.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Respond to guest queries and special requests with a positive and helpful attitude.

🔹 Requirements:

• Must be currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Available to start work immediately.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or F&B sector is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, guest-oriented personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-standard resort environment.
• Professional appearance and commitment to service excellence.
