Job Description:

The Accountant will handle full-set accounting responsibilities and manage day-to-day financial operations. This role is designed for a professional who can maintain accurate financial records, support Management with reporting, and ensure compliance with minimal supervision.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete accounting cycles, including AP, AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal review.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support all audit-related requirements.
• Assist with tax filings and ensure all compliance documentation is maintained.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of accounting records in line with company policies.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for manual accounting work and complex reporting.
• Operate accounting platforms such as Zoho Books and Wafeq effectively.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Diploma holders will not be accepted).
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience (UAE experience is an advantage).
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel is essential for this role.
• Practical experience with accounting software, with a preference for Zoho Books.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and ability to manage full-set accounts independently.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are considered an added advantage.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and execution focus.
