Job Description:
Al Qandeel Contracting LLC is currently looking to hire a skilled and detail-focused Land Surveyor to support our ongoing construction projects in Dubai. This critical role ensures that all site measurements, alignments, and layouts are executed with the highest level of precision in accordance with architectural specifications. You will be responsible for converting complex technical drawings into accurate on-site layouts, maintaining the structural integrity of the project at every stage. We are looking for a professional who thrives on technical accuracy and can seamlessly coordinate with engineering teams to ensure that project positioning meets the rigorous standards of the Dubai construction sector.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed land and topographical surveys for diverse building and infrastructure developments.
- Perform accurate site measurements, leveling, and marking to maintain correct structural alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cross-check survey data, benchmarks, and coordinate systems against approved engineering drawings and design specifications.
- Establish and maintain critical control points and site reference systems for construction and excavation teams.
- Collaborate closely with project engineers and site management to ensure all work execution aligns with approved master plans.
- Coordinate with Human Resources regarding site safety training and departmental manpower needs.
- Utilize advanced Information Technology and modern surveying instruments for digital data logging and topographical mapping.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all survey results to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and industry standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional surveying experience specifically within the UAE construction market.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern surveying instruments, total stations, leveling tools, and GPS equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction and engineering drawings with high confidence.
- Skilled in management of coordinate systems and ensuring layout accuracy across large-scale project sites.
- High level of proficiency in IT tools, including AutoCAD and survey data processing software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary site teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining rigorous site accuracy standards.
