Job Description:
Smart Business Solutions LLC is currently looking to hire a knowledgeable and client-focused Business Setup Advisor to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our growth, requiring a professional who can expertly guide clients through Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions. You will act as a trusted consultant, interpreting complex UAE commercial regulations and providing tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of global investors. We are looking for a target-driven individual who combines technical proficiency in licensing procedures with a proactive sales mindset. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on selecting optimal business structures based on industry requirements and long-term objectives.
- Provide accurate guidance on licensing procedures, legal documentation, and UAE commercial management regulations.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation for submission to government departments and Free Zone authorities.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure smooth approvals and maintain professional relationships with government entities.
- Identify new business leads and convert prospects into long-term clients to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding visa processing and labor documentation for newly formed entities.
- Stay updated on licensing policies and market trends to deliver the highest standard of professional education to clients.
- Utilize Information Technology platforms to track application statuses and manage client CRM data.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Law, or a related academic discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of proven UAE experience specifically within business setup or corporate services.
- Strong understanding of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation processes.
- Target-driven approach with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Excellent client advisory skills and the ability to manage complex relationships with precision.
- High level of IT literacy to handle online portal submissions and documentation.
- Solid knowledge of UAE management structures and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Dubai within a fast-paced professional environment.
