Job Description:
Palinoia Properties is urgently seeking motivated and goal-oriented Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants to join its dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our market expansion, requiring a professional who is passionate about sales and capable of thriving in a performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for assisting buyers, sellers, and investors by providing accurate market insights and conducting professional property viewings. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Promote residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and high-net-worth investors.
- Conduct professional property viewings and provide detailed market data for client management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and strategic follow-ups.
- Negotiate transaction terms and support clients through the entire property acquisition or sales process.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s property regulations, market trends, and real estate legislation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding target achievement and professional development training.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and CRM platforms to manage listings and track lead conversions.
- Collaborate with management to implement effective property marketing and acquisition strategies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy within the UAE market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for high-level client negotiations.
- High level of IT literacy for managing digital property portals and databases.
- Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market dynamics and legal requirements.
- Professional background in education or training related to sales psychology or market analysis is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering or valuation teams regarding property inspections and technical data.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a competitive setting.
