Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our retail operations across multiple emirates. This role is fundamental to our storefront presence, requiring an individual who possesses a strong technical understanding to explain complex hardware and electronic access systems to walk-in customers. You will be responsible for promoting specialized products, maintaining organized displays, and ensuring a high-quality buying process. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a background in engineering or science who are eager to build a career in technical sales. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide walk-in customers with accurate technical information regarding architectural hardware and access control products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the buying process to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain visually appealing and well-organized product displays within the retail outlet to support sales objectives.
- Actively promote ongoing special offers, new product launches, and integrated security solutions.
- Stay updated on technical specifications and market trends for better customer management.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding professional development and performance tracking.
- Utilize Information Technology platforms and POS systems to manage transactions and inventory records.
- Support education initiatives for clients regarding the usage and installation of electronic access systems.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor’s in Science, or a degree supported by a strong technical aptitude.
- Age requirement: 25 to 30 years old.
- Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage but not mandatory for technically qualified candidates.
- Must currently be in the UAE on a visit visa and ready to join immediately.
- Willingness to work across various locations, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah.
- High level of IT literacy for managing digital product catalogs and management reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills suited for a professional technical sales environment.
- Professional background in education or training related to hardware specifications is a plus.
