Job Description:

Fresh On Table is seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead our strategic marketing initiatives in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our growth, requiring a professional who can enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads for our B2B platform. You will be responsible for developing quarterly strategies, managing integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels, and optimizing the marketing funnel for maximum conversion. We are looking for a visionary individual with a strong background in management who can align marketing outcomes with our core business objectives. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
  • Lead performance marketing activities across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to optimize customer acquisition costs.
  • Manage the content strategy for websites, blogs, and case studies, ensuring a consistent brand tone.
  • Analyze marketing funnels and track KPIs such as ROI and CAC for regular management review.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Procurement, and Technology teams.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department to mentor the marketing team and foster performance excellence.
  • Utilize Information Technology and analytics tools to provide data-driven monthly reports to leadership.
  • Support education initiatives for the team regarding emerging B2B marketing trends and digital strategies.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 to 10 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or Agri-tech environment.
  • Proven technical expertise in IT analytics tools and digital marketing strategy execution.
  • Strong background in management of external agencies and marketing budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence sales outcomes and stakeholder relationships.
  • Professional background in education or training related to performance marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineering teams for website optimization and product launches.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on lead generation and ROI optimization.
