Job Description:
A premier women’s fashion label is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associates for its retail teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our boutique operations, requiring a professional who is passionate about helping customers style outfits and delivering memorable shopping experiences. You will be responsible for providing expert styling advice, managing visual merchandising, and handling sales transactions with precision. We are looking for proactive individuals with a strong background in management of customer relationships who thrive in fast-paced retail environments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by providing styling advice and product recommendations to drive sales.
- Assist shoppers in selecting outfits that match their personal preferences and fashion needs.
- Ensure the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising and presentation for management review.
- Accurately handle billing and sales transactions using modern retail POS systems.
- Stay informed about seasonal collections, new arrivals, and current global fashion trends.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding retail training and performance evaluations.
- Utilize Information Technology tools to manage inventory updates and customer data.
- Coordinate with engineering or maintenance teams for boutique lighting and fixture upkeep.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or a relevant certificate in Fashion, Business, or Management.
- Genuine interest in fashion trends, styling, and the retail industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in retail sales or hospitality is considered a significant advantage.
- High level of IT literacy for managing digital boutique operations.
- Professional background in education or training related to customer experience is a plus.
- Must be currently based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability for joining will be given strong preference.
