Job Description:
Autolink Contracting is urgently seeking an experienced Civil Senior Planning Engineer to join its project team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational efficiency, requiring a professional who can develop detailed project schedules and monitor milestones to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines. You will be responsible for preparing progress updates, analyzing project risks, and coordinating with site teams to resolve delays. We are looking for an analytical leader with a strong background in management who can recommend corrective actions to maintain high performance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project schedules and planning strategies aligned with engineering timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure strict adherence to approved milestones for management review.
- Prepare comprehensive planning reports, progress updates, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to track deliverables and drive sales of project milestones.
- Analyze project risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule performance.
- Support resource planning and allocation to ensure maximum project efficiency.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding staff allocation and site-level productivity training.
- Utilize Information Technology and Primavera/MS Project software for precise scheduling and reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory for this position.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience specifically with construction companies in the UAE.
- Expert technical knowledge of IT tools related to project planning and scheduling.
- Strong background in management of civil construction project workflows and risk analysis.
- Professional background in education or training related to UAE building codes and safety standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Must be currently located inside the UAE and available for immediate joining.
- Proven ability to manage complex tasks and follow up on deliverables efficiently.
