Job Description:
Mealis Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational workflow, requiring a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between customers, sales, logistics, and finance. You will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, tracking order status, and ensuring accurate invoicing for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer deliveries based on confirmed sales orders and real-time stock availability.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, couriers, and logistics partners to schedule and track timely deliveries.
- Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices while maintaining meticulous records of delivery documentation and PODs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery updates and technical documentation.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and ERP systems to align sales, warehouse, and finance teams.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant certificate in Business Administration, Sales, or Logistics.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong background in management of delivery and invoicing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (ERPNext experience is a plus).
- Professional background in education or training regarding supply chain coordination is an advantage.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate across Human Resources and internal operational teams.
- Available for immediate joining and currently based in the UAE.
