Job Description:
Care and Cure Clinic is seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Executive to strengthen its outreach initiatives in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our clinical growth, requiring a professional who can lead field marketing campaigns and build meaningful relationships within the local community. You will be responsible for planning promotional events, enhancing the clinic’s visibility, and monitoring campaign performance for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement field marketing campaigns to promote clinic services and drive patient sales of healthcare packages.
- Actively engage with patients and community members to increase awareness of specialized medical services.
- Collaborate with internal clinical teams to strengthen patient engagement strategies and outreach efforts.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding staff participation in health camps and promotional events.
- Utilize Information Technology tools to track marketing activities and prepare periodic performance reports.

- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
- Proven experience in field marketing specifically within the healthcare industry or a related medical sector.
- Strong background in management of community outreach programs and health camps.
- Professional background in education or training regarding public health awareness and patient relations.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with a high degree of energy and professional integrity.
