Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Manager to handle our finance and accounting operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our business framework, requiring a professional who can manage financial reporting and ensure strict adherence to IFRS, IAS, and UAE VAT regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing WPS processes and maintaining accurate financial data for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including financial processes and WPS compliance.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and maintain compliance with local UAE regulations and international accounting standards.
- Oversee VAT filings and ensure all tax obligations are met in accordance with the latest regulatory updates.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding payroll processing and employee financial documentation.
- Utilize advanced data analysis tools to support financial tracking, forecasting, and overall business performance metrics.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related academic discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, IAS, and UAE VAT regulations; experience with WPS is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex reporting and data analysis.
- Strong background in management of financial audits and corporate reporting cycles.
- Fluency in English is required; skills in European languages (Dutch, French, German, Italian, or Spanish) are a strong advantage.
