Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Arabic Teacher to join our faculty for Grades 5 and 6. This role is fundamental to our education framework, requiring an educator who can foster a love for the Arabic language while supporting students’ academic growth. You will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment, delivering high-quality instruction, and monitoring student progress for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Arabic language to students in Grades 5 and 6, enhancing their linguistic skills and cultural understanding in Sharjah.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school curriculum for management oversight.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding professional development, faculty training, and student welfare initiatives.
- Manage classroom activities effectively and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Relevant professional experience teaching Arabic within primary or middle school settings in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of classroom environments, lesson planning, and student assessments.
- Professional background in education or training regarding modern pedagogical methods and cultural studies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced school environment.
- Proficiency in Information Technology for educational reporting and collaborative teaching.
