Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive our staffing services in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our growth framework, requiring a professional who can identify new prospects and build long-term relationships within both IT and Non-IT staffing segments. You will be responsible for client acquisition, account development, and market expansion for management review. We are looking for a proactive individual with a solid understanding of the competitive Dubai recruitment sector. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients within the Dubai market to expand staffing and recruitment service offerings.
  • Promote comprehensive staffing solutions across both IT and Non-IT sectors to meet specific client workforce requirements.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and internal recruitment teams to ensure the successful delivery of client hiring needs.
  • Build new client accounts while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing high-value partners.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track leads, manage accounts, and report on market expansion to management.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically in business development within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience and a strong professional network within the UAE or Dubai staffing market.
  • Proven background in management of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding negotiation, presentation skills, and competitive recruitment sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
