Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Procurement Specialist with strong expertise in SAP Ariba to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can manage the full procurement lifecycle and optimize sourcing strategies for management review. You will be responsible for supplier onboarding, contract management, and conducting RFQs/RFPs within the Ariba ecosystem. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Supply Chain Management and ERP system integration. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle using SAP Ariba platforms to meet management operational standards.
- Oversee sourcing activities, supplier onboarding, and contract management through specialized Ariba modules in Abu Dhabi.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and internal departments regarding procurement requirements, vendor evaluations, and pricing negotiations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and continuous optimization of ERP workflows and procurement processes.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to audit standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of professional procurement experience specifically within the UAE market.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, or Supplier Management).
- Strong background in management of vendor relationships, contract terms, and supply chain best practices.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE procurement laws and compliance standards.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE; immediate joiners are preferred.
