Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our digital framework, requiring a professional who can develop structured social media strategies and content calendars for management review. You will be responsible for creating engaging healthcare content, managing multi-platform optimization (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and coordinating high-quality visuals for treatments. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Digital Marketing and aesthetic clinic branding. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Abu Dhabi healthcare marketing standards.
- Create engaging visual and written content to meet management branding benchmarks.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and clinical departments regarding patient education materials, service promotion, and team coordination.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement in engagement.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for professional graphic and video production.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, or Communications.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in social media management, preferably in the UAE healthcare sector.
- Strong background in management of content calendars, social media audiences, and digital campaigns.
- Professional background in education or training regarding healthcare marketing compliance and video editing skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered a distinct advantage.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment in Abu Dhabi.
