Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager – Housekeeping to join our leadership team in Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2). This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can lead large teams and oversee daily housekeeping functions for management and quality review. You will be responsible for implementing operational strategies, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction in Dubai.
- Support the General Manager in strengthening operational performance and service delivery across all management levels.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to oversee staffing plans, team performance, and workforce development.
- Monitor budgets, manage inventory requirements, and ensure strict adherence to UAE health and safety regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for productivity tracking, inventory management, and operational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional leadership experience specifically in housekeeping operations within the hospitality sector.
- Strong background in management of large teams, complex operational structures, and strategic planning.
- Professional background in education or training regarding industry best practices and health/safety compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
- Must be based in (or able to commute to) Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2).
