Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager – Civil to oversee substation development projects in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our engineering framework, requiring a professional who can manage structural elements, foundations, and concrete systems for management and quality review. You will be responsible for synchronizing civil progress with electrical installation stages while ensuring all works meet stringent engineering standards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all civil construction activities related to substation development to meet management goals.
- Ensure construction processes and inspections comply with UAE engineering and project quality standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and project teams regarding site logistics, manpower, and resource optimization.
- Implement strict safety measures and maintain full compliance with site safety protocols for Abu Dhabi operations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for project documentation, inspection tracking, and structural reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Proven professional experience in civil works for power or heavy infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in management of construction teams, site logistics, and complex structural frameworks.
- Professional background in education or training regarding ETIHADWE or FEWA standards (approvals preferred).
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence while meeting strict engineering and quality assurance deadlines.
- Must be based in (or able to commute to) Abu Dhabi and available for immediate joining.
