Job Description:

We are currently expanding our team and hiring for Purchase Officer and Store In-Charge positions in Ras Al Khaimah. These roles are fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring professionals who can manage end-to-end procurement and inventory operations for management and project review. You will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, managing purchase orders, and overseeing store receipts while ensuring compliance with company standards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities and negotiate cost-effective purchasing terms to meet management objectives.
• Oversee store operations in Ras Al Khaimah, including the receipt, storage, and issuance of critical engineering materials.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials and manpower forecasting.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits to ensure 100% data integrity.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track supplier performance and manage purchase orders efficiently.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Administration.
• Relevant professional experience: Minimum 3 years for Purchase Officer or 2 years for Store In-Charge.
• Strong background in management of supplier relations, inventory reconciliation, and store documentation.
• Professional background in education or training regarding procurement law and warehouse safety standards.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and solve problems in a dynamic engineering environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to high-performing teamwork in the UAE.
