Job Description:

We are seeking a capable and experienced Assistant Transport Manager to join our operations team. This role is fundamental to our logistics framework, requiring a professional who can supervise daily transport activities and manage fleet performance for management and factory review. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of precast elements between sites, overseeing vehicle maintenance, and ensuring compliance with UAE transport regulations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the transport fleet, including trucks, trailers, and forklifts, to meet management objectives.
• Plan and oversee daily transport activities for precast elements and materials across Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and production teams to supervise drivers and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance logs and compliance documentation to ensure 100% data integrity.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and fleet efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Transport Management, Logistics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of practical professional experience in transport management or logistics operations.
• Strong background in management of fleet performance, maintenance scheduling, and transport planning.
• Professional background in education or training regarding UAE transport rules and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and leadership while managing a diverse team of drivers.
• Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing sector in the United Arab Emirates is highly advantageous.
