Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Group Executive Chef to lead and manage our culinary operations across multiple brands in Dubai. This senior-level role is fundamental to our hospitality framework, requiring a professional who can oversee multi-outlet kitchen operations and introduce innovative culinary concepts for management and brand review. You will be responsible for designing standardized menus, controlling food costs, and leading central kitchen efficiency. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Executive Culinary Leadership and a proactive approach to team mentoring. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all kitchen operations across multiple outlets to meet management performance targets.
  • Design, develop, and standardize menus and food presentation guidelines in Dubai to ensure brand consistency.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and kitchen teams to lead, mentor, and train staff in skills development.
  • Monitor and control food costs, wastage, and budgets to ensure 100% data integrity and kitchen efficiency.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain strict hygiene standards and coordinate central kitchen logistics.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • 8 to 10 years of professional experience specifically in a senior culinary or executive chef role.
  • Strong background in management of multi-outlet operations, cost control, and inventory systems.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and visionary leadership within the UAE market.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory for effective cross-departmental communication.
