Job Description:

We are looking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Executive to join our retail operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can ensure a positive shopping environment for management and customer review. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling sales transactions efficiently, and maintaining proper store organization. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Customer Engagement and a proactive approach to retail sales performance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly and create an engaging shopping environment to meet management service standards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information in Abu Dhabi.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and floor teams to support stock management and inventory-related tasks.
  • Handle sales transactions, including cash and digital payments, to ensure 100% data integrity and financial accuracy.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor sales performance and achieve assigned departmental targets.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0 to 1 year of professional experience in sales or customer service; fresh candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong background in management of customer preferences, product recommendations, and sales processes.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding retail presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a customer-focused attitude in the UAE.
