Job Description:
We are actively seeking a highly experienced Sr. Executive – HR & Admin to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can efficiently manage HR operations and administrative functions for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment (blue-collar & white-collar), visa processing under KEZAD/JAFZA regulations, and overseeing complex payroll structures. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labour Law and a proactive approach to operational efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle HR operations to meet management and staffing targets.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures across the Abu Dhabi facility.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and government departments to process visas under JAFZA and KEZAD regulations.
- Handle payroll processing and compensation structures to ensure 100% data integrity and financial reconciliation.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to supervise administrative functions such as fleet operations, PPE management, and procurement.
🔹 Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in HR and Administration within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of recruitment, performance management, and employee insurance.
- Professional background in education or training regarding manufacturing sector compliance and Labour Law.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience in handling PO processing, payments, and financial reconciliation within the UAE.
