Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Service Manager to oversee our Workshop, Bodyshop, and Reception operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our aftersales framework, requiring a professional who can lead multi-functional teams for management and P&L review. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing KPIs, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction for our American brand clientele. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Workshop, Bodyshop, and Front Office operations to meet management and revenue growth targets.
- Ensure smooth aftersales processes in Abu Dhabi and deliver high levels of CSI to ensure 100% data integrity in customer feedback loops.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team to manage team performance, KPIs, and multi-team professional development.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and overall P&L performance while handling complex customer escalations effectively.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to implement and improve operational processes.
🔹 Requirements:
- Engineering Degree or a relevant technical academic background is mandatory.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Service Manager specifically within the GCC automotive sector.
- Strong background in management of American or European automotive brands, Workshop, and Bodyshop operations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding DMS platforms, KPI-driven productivity, and budgeting.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, cost control, and effective stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to lead results-oriented teams in the UAE.
