Job Description:

We are currently hiring Sales Executives for a UK-focused financial services campaign in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our sales framework, requiring a professional who can engage international clients for management and conversion review. You will be responsible for conducting outbound telesales calls, handling objections confidently, and driving successful sales results. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Telesales Strategy and a proactive approach to the UK market. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls for UK-targeted financial campaigns to meet management and conversion targets.
  • Engage with potential clients in Dubai to ensure 100% data integrity in CRM updates and customer interaction logs.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and sales team to improve campaign performance and objection handling solutions.
  • Maintain a persuasive communication style aligned with UK market expectations to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to stay updated on product knowledge and financial service offerings.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Professional experience in sales or telemarketing, specifically involving the UK market or UK tax campaigns.
  • Strong background in management of outbound calls, persuasive communication, and meeting sales targets.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding financial services and international sales etiquette.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence; British nationality is highly preferred for this campaign.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage complex sales conversations in the UAE.
