Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Arabic Teacher to join our academic team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver engaging language lessons for management and academic review. You will be responsible for teaching Grades 5 and 6, supporting students in developing their communication skills, and fostering an appreciation for Arabic culture. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Arabic language lessons for Grades 5 and 6 to meet management and academic quality targets.
• Support students in developing reading, writing, and communication skills in Sharjah, ensuring 100% data integrity in progress monitoring and feedback reports.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and academic colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and curriculum delivery.
• Create a positive and interactive classroom environment while providing constructive feedback to support continuous student growth.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to optimize lesson delivery and maintain accurate records of student development.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related professional Certificate.
• Proven professional experience specifically teaching Arabic at the primary or middle school level in the UAE.
• Strong background in management of classroom environments, student engagement strategies, and curriculum implementation.
• Professional background in education or training regarding modern pedagogical techniques and language instruction.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong communication skills, and a passion for student development.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage classroom responsibilities effectively in Sharjah.
