Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our professional team in Dubai, focusing on high-rise construction. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can maintain control over project costs for management and financial review. You will be responsible for preparing BOQs, tracking cost performance, and managing variations to ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Cost Management Processes and a proactive approach to financial reporting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to meet management and tender targets.
  • Monitor project expenses in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in cost performance tracking and financial reporting.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and project teams to evaluate variations and ensure budget alignment across high-rise developments.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis and present regular financial performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and cost estimation software to optimize financial efficiency and project viability.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering plus a relevant professional Certificate.
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience specifically in high-rise building projects within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of tender documentation, BOQs, and complex cost analysis methods.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding FIDIC standards and UAE construction cost estimation.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high numerical accuracy, and the capability to work on high-profile developments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support smooth project financial lifecycles in Dubai.
