Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Media & Public Relations Manager to oversee our communications and public image in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage media relations for management and reputation review. You will be responsible for executing PR strategies, managing press messaging, and overseeing digital brand presence across energy and infrastructure sectors. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to meet management and brand visibility targets.
- Build strong relationships with media outlets in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in press releases, public messaging, and stakeholder engagement.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and executive leadership to handle crisis communication and safeguard corporate reputation.
- Monitor industry trends in energy and sustainability while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and social media platforms to optimize public messaging and monitor market sentiment.
🔹 Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Communications, PR, or Journalism plus a relevant professional Certificate.
- 8–10 years of professional experience specifically in media relations and corporate communications.
- Essential background in management of communications within Energy, Oil & Gas, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Professional background in education or training regarding energy markets, Pashto/English communication, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, crisis management capabilities, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage complex PR campaigns in Dubai.
