Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Staff Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can ensure smooth daily operations for management and internal review. You will be responsible for executive calendar management, travel coordination, and overseeing facility inventory. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and meeting arrangements to meet management and schedule efficiency targets.
- Coordinate travel plans and agendas in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in meeting minutes, filing systems, and official correspondence.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and building management to maintain office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee the maintenance of company records and databases while resolving operational challenges with professional discretion.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Microsoft Office applications to optimize workflow efficiency and professional reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration plus a relevant professional Certificate in Office Management.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience specifically in administrative or office coordination roles (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong background in management of executive schedules, vendor coordination, and administrative multitasking.
- Professional background in education or training regarding MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and corporate communication.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a structured corporate setup in Dubai.
