Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join a professional automotive team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle administrative coordination for management and operational review. You will be responsible for updating vehicle records, managing automotive parts inventory logs, and coordinating with clients. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Administrative Support and a proactive approach to filing and clerical duties. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations to meet management and service efficiency targets.
- Maintain and update automotive records in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in vehicle files, parts inventory, and administrative documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and external clients to coordinate automotive activities and support smooth internal workflows.
- Handle essential clerical duties including filing, data entry, and professional correspondence between internal teams and clients.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and office systems to optimize document retrieval and professional operational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree plus a relevant professional Certificate in Business Support or Administration.
- Minimum 1+ year of professional experience specifically within the Dubai market (Automotive industry experience preferred).
- Strong background in management of inventory records, clerical filing, and administrative coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding office operations and English communication (Mandatory).
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, proactive problem-solving, and a current UAE-based residency.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a fast-paced automotive office in Dubai (Note: CV must include a recent photograph).
