Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Banking Litigation team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle complex legal proceedings for management and case review. You will be responsible for drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and managing case files with high precision. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Banking and Financial Laws and a proactive approach to dispute resolution and analytical case insights. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling banking litigation cases to meet management and client representation objectives.
- Support legal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in pleadings, case summaries, and legal documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and senior lawyers to manage case files and ensure accurate procedural documentation.
- Draft high-quality legal documents and conduct comprehensive research to provide strategic analytical insights.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and legal databases to optimize research efficiency and professional case reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Law Degree from an accredited institution plus a relevant professional Legal License/Certification.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience specifically within banking litigation.
- Strong background in management of financial disputes, litigation procedures, and bilingual legal drafting (Arabic and English).
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE banking laws and court proceedings.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical thinking, and full professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard legal practice in Dubai.
