Job Description:

We are growing our team and seeking dedicated individuals for the roles of Sales Associate and Store Keeper in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can support daily operations for management and inventory review. You will be responsible for customer service, stock receiving, and maintaining accurate transaction records. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Retail Sales and Stock Control and a proactive approach to merchandising standards and inventory organization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and provide high-quality service to meet management and sales floor targets.
  • Support operational integrity in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring 100% data integrity in stock records, transaction logs, and inventory reports.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and store teams to maintain proper product display and ensure store cleanliness.
  • Handle stock receiving and storage while monitoring inventory levels to proactively report and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and retail systems to optimize stock management and professional operational reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Preferred) plus a relevant professional Retail or Inventory Certificate.
  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience preferred within retail or store operations.
  • Strong background in management of customer service practices, stock control, and merchandising standards.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding inventory handling and retail sales communication.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-volume retail outlet in Ras Al Khaimah.
