Job Description:
We are urgently hiring experienced professionals for our expanding hypermarket operations in Dubai. These roles are fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring individuals who can manage departmental performance for management and operational review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily retail activities, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Retail Operations and Stock Lifecycle Management and a proactive approach to sales achievement and operational discipline. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail and hypermarket operations to meet management and sales targets.
- Support operational integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in inventory records, stock displays, and departmental reporting.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and floor teams to maintain operational discipline and staff supervision.
- Ensure smooth store functioning and excellent customer service while following all company policies and retail standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and retail systems to optimize inventory tracking and professional operational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma plus a relevant professional Retail or Sales Management Certificate.
- 3–5 years of professional experience specifically in the retail or hypermarket industry.
- Strong background in management of departmental targets, customer service standards, and fast-paced retail workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding inventory control, leadership skills, and target-driven environments.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional, disciplined attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard retail group in Dubai.
