Job Description:

We are expanding our hospitality team and inviting experienced professionals to join our luxury resort setting. These roles are fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring individuals who can manage guest interactions and resort operations for management and service review. You will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, implementing marketing strategies, or managing receiving and inventory documentation depending on your specialization. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in 5-Star Service Standards and Resort Operational Procedures and a proactive approach to brand visibility and world-class guest experiences. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service to meet management and luxury resort standards.
  • Support operational integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in guest records, inventory documentation, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to coordinate smooth daily operations and enhance brand visibility.
  • Supervise front office activities, manage receiving operations, or develop integrated marketing campaigns as per the assigned role.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and hospitality systems to optimize resort workflows and professional administrative reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma plus a relevant professional Hospitality or Marketing Certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically within a 5-star hospitality environment.
  • Strong background in management of guest service standards, front office operations, or marketing strategy execution.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding luxury service standards, inventory handling, and professional communication.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard resort in Abu Dhabi.
