Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to meet management and curriculum standards.
• Support academic integrity in Ajman, ensuring 100% data integrity in student progress records, performance reports, and educational documentation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and school leadership to enhance learning outcomes and participate in holistic school activities.
• Foster a positive classroom environment while supporting the social and emotional development of every student.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and smart classroom systems to optimize instructional delivery and professional educational reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field plus a relevant professional Teaching License or Library Science Certificate.
• Proven professional capabilities specifically within a school or academic setting.
• Strong background in management of classroom dynamics, student success strategies, and academic workflows.
• Professional background in education or training regarding instructional design, communication skills, and value-driven learning.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, enthusiasm for student growth, and a commitment to academic innovation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard group of schools in Ajman.
