Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Luxury Store Manager specializing in menswear to lead our premium boutique in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee daily operations for management and performance review. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, providing personalized experiences for high-net-worth clients, and ensuring visual merchandising meets global brand standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Luxury Retail Operations and VIP Client Engagement and a proactive approach to team leadership and stock control. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations to meet management and high-end sales targets.
- Support retail integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in inventory records, stock audits, and loss prevention reporting.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and marketing teams to mentor the retail staff and implement personalized customer experiences for VIP clients.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and execute effective sales strategies to exceed growth goals and brand expectations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and retail systems to optimize inventory management and professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management or Fashion plus relevant Luxury Retail Leadership Credentials.
- Proven professional experience specifically within the luxury menswear sector in the UAE retail market (Mandatory).
- Russian language proficiency is highly preferred to support our diverse international clientele.
- Strong background in management of high-performing teams, visual merchandising, and high-net-worth client relationships.
- Professional background in education or training regarding luxury service standards, stock control, and UAE retail trends.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a results-driven mindset, and exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard premium brand in Dubai.
