Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and committed educators to fill various roles including FS Teacher, KS1 Homeroom Teacher, and Assistant Teacher. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver British curriculum lessons for management and academic performance review. You will be responsible for creating inclusive classroom environments and supporting the holistic development of young learners. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in British Pedagogical Standards and MOFA Document Attestation and a proactive approach to student monitoring, collaborative teaching, and classroom discipline. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the British curriculum to meet management and learning targets.
- Support academic integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in student progress monitoring, assessments, and constructive feedback.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and senior leadership to enhance teaching practices and classroom learning outcomes.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning atmosphere to promote student social and emotional development.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and educational platforms to optimize lesson delivery and professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory Attested Bachelor’s Degree (BA / BSc) and an Attested Bachelor of Education (BEd).
- All educational documents must be fully attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
- Strong background in management of classroom environments, student discipline, and lesson planning.
- Professional background in education specifically regarding the British Curriculum and Early Years/Key Stage 1 instruction.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, foster a positive classroom culture, and exhibit strong collaborative skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard primary school in Dubai.
