Job Description:
We are seeking motivated professionals to join our expanding team in two key roles: Sales Executive and Visa Tracker. These positions are fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring individuals who can drive business growth and ensure administrative precision for management and operational performance review. Sales Executives will focus on client relationship building and meeting targets, while Visa Trackers will manage the technical documentation lifecycle. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Recruitment Market Dynamics and Advanced Excel Reporting and a proactive approach to project coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets to meet management growth objectives.
- Support operational integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in visa tracking and documentation reporting.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and external clients to facilitate professional organizational reporting and smooth manpower deployment.
- Manage multiple visa applications simultaneously, ensuring timely processing and adherence to UAE regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Advanced Excel to maintain accurate trackers and coordinate between departments.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related professional field.
- 2+ years of professional experience specifically in the manpower or recruitment industry (for Sales roles).
- Strong background in management of client relationships, sales cycles, or complex visa processing workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Advanced Excel, UAE labor laws, and business development.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a mandatory UAE Driving License (Sales), and maintain high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to support a high-standard manpower group in Dubai.
