Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and certified Personal Trainers to join our expanding professional team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can design customized training programs and guide clients through measurable performance improvements for management and client success review. You will be responsible for delivering personalized workouts, monitoring progress, and maintaining high standards of gym cleanliness and safety. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Exercise Science and Performance Training Techniques and a proactive approach to motivating a diverse clientele. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized fitness programs to meet management and individual client wellness goals.
- Support physical integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in exercise technique guidance and safety standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and gym management to facilitate professional organizational reporting and a positive gym culture.
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting training plans to ensure measurable results and high levels of client engagement.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and fitness tracking software to manage client data and gym equipment usage standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Valid Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) qualification or an equivalent professional fitness certification.
- Proven professional passion for fitness, health, and athletic performance improvement.
- Strong background in management of client expectations and ability to motivate individuals effectively.
- Professional background in education regarding human anatomy, biomechanics, and nutritional fundamentals.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a professional attitude, and commit to delivering measurable results for clients in Dubai.
