Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager specializing in Oilfield Drilling Waste to oversee large-scale projects in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage end-to-end operational activities and project P&L for management and financial performance review. You will be responsible for monthly financial reviews, cost optimization, and ensuring HSEQ compliance across all site activities. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Drilling Waste Services, Supply Chain Logistics, and Financial Analysis and a proactive approach to managing cross-functional teams. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations within the drilling waste sector to meet management and industry performance standards.
- Support operational integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% precision in HSEQ documentation and project sign-off sheets for revenue optimization.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and executive leadership to facilitate professional organizational reporting, personnel management, and team development.
- Take full ownership of project P&L, conducting monthly financial reviews and implementing cost-efficiency initiatives to align with budgetary targets.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and operational dashboards to provide accurate forecasts, technical insights, and real-time project tracking.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in operations within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
- Strong background in management, with at least 8 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Professional background in education regarding waste management services, HSEQ protocols, and financial P&L analysis.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong problem-solving skills, and lead high-pressure energy projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage with VPs and General Managers regarding operational performance.
