Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with curriculum standards to meet management and school academic benchmarks.
• Support educational integrity in Ajman, planning and executing interactive classroom activities with 100% precision.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and academic staff to facilitate professional organizational coordination of extracurricular programs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback while maintaining classroom discipline and school standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is mandatory for all teaching roles.
• Possession of a valid Equivalency Certificate as per UAE regulations.
• Strong background in management of classroom environments, lesson delivery, and student participation.
• Professional background in education regarding curriculum assessment, interactive pedagogy, and communication skills.
