Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to take full responsibility for our operations at Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can lead cross-functional teams and drive business performance for management and stakeholder performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing both the adventure park and restaurant divisions, ensuring safety compliance, and implementing strategic growth initiatives. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Financial Stewardship, Operational Leadership, and Guest Satisfaction Excellence and a proactive approach to revenue optimization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee dual-division daily operations to meet management and guest experience benchmarks.
- Support operational integrity in Abu Dhabi, executing strategies to increase profitability with 100% precision in budget and cost control.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to facilitate professional organizational motivation and guidance for cross-functional teams.
- Monitor financial performance and safety standards, ensuring all activities align with strict service quality and compliance guidelines.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track financial performance, forecasting, and operational improvements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of professional senior managerial experience in the hospitality, leisure, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong background in management of multi-departmental teams, budgets, and strategic business planning.
- Professional background in education regarding operational financial success, safety standards, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong business acumen, and lead effectively on Yas Island.
