Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Psychologist to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can support clinical and therapeutic activities for management and patient-focused performance review. You will be responsible for assisting in psychological assessments, organizing therapy sessions, and maintaining confidential documentation. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Clinical Support, Mental Health Care, and Patient Confidentiality and a proactive approach to holistic treatment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting psychological assessments under professional supervision to meet management and quality care benchmarks.
- Support clinical integrity in Dubai, preparing therapy sessions and treatment plans with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of patient care.
- Provide administrative and clinical support while maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to ensure the secure management of sensitive clinical information.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology is mandatory.
- Proven professional clinical experience in a healthcare or mental health setting.
- Strong background in management of sensitive patient information and clinical documentation.
- Professional background in education regarding DHA/CDA eligibility, psychological assessments, and interpersonal communication.
