Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive day-to-day patient treatments, care assistance tracks, and clinical support activities to meet management and DOH compliance parameters.
- Support structural integrity in Abu Dhabi, reviewing patient registration intakes, updating diagnostic records, and archiving treatment follow-up logs with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, senior medical officers, specialist physicians, multidisciplinary health teams, and patient family members to facilitate professional organizational coordination of clinic services.
- Formulate clear patient guidance charts, manage immediate clinical response problems, monitor safety parameters, and execute orderly shift handovers to preserve an organized and safe clinical environment.
- Utilize digital Information Technology suites, localized hospital management software, and electronic data logging systems to archive clinical indicators, file therapeutic metrics, and manage patient files across medical center divisions.
🔹 Requirements:
- An active and valid DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) Professional License is strictly mandatory for both Nurse and Physiotherapist openings.
- Relevant academic qualification (Bachelor of Science in Nursing / Bachelor of Physiotherapy) from a recognized university or institute.
- Prior professional healthcare or clinical experience within the UAE market will be considered a highly desirable advantage.
- Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of contemporary nursing interventions or advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapy exercises.
- Professional background in education regarding patient safety protocols, clinical hygiene regulations, automated health record keeping, and medical ethics parameters.
